The Light of Growth

The beauty of those “pain” songs
The beauty of those B.B. King blues songs
Wasn’t living in the moment of sadness
Rather appreciating the moment and your ability to move on
Inch by inch, space on top of space
Straining across the rock
Looking for the paths, the way
Body, mind, and spirit against ascension
The ability to rise in the midst of despair and desparation
Is the necessity of our existence and purpose
To fall without the ground of certainty.
We stand on plateaus of the ever expanding universe
